Information you give us
When you complete the contact form on our Get Started page, we collect the information you choose to enter, typically your name, phone number, email address, your best time to reach you, and any message or details you share about your situation. The form is hosted by our customer-relationship-management (CRM) provider, GoHighLevel, on our behalf.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our host and the tools below may automatically receive standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device, referring page, and how you interact with the site. We use this to operate, secure, and improve the website. Specifically:
- OpenAI advertising pixel, on the Get Started page only, we use a measurement pixel to understand whether a form submission (a "lead") resulted from an OpenAI-served ad. It records the conversion event, not the contents of your form.
- Content delivery networks, we load styling and fonts from Google Fonts and from the jsDelivr CDN (Bootstrap). These providers may receive your IP address as a normal part of delivering those files.
- Embedded scheduling/webinar links, some pages link to third-party Zoom registration pages operated by Finance of America. Those pages have their own privacy practices.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule a conversation;
- To provide information about reverse mortgage and home-equity products you ask about;
- To follow up about your inquiry by phone, text, or email (see "Consent to be contacted" below);
